2. Reservation & Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Rates are subject to change without notice, but will be honored for confirmed reservations.
- Full payment must be received prior to arrival according to the specific rate policy.
- Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the season and rate type selected at the time of booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for the specific terms applicable to your stay.
4. Property Use & Conduct
Villa Mahesa is a private residence intended for peaceful enjoyment. Guests are expected to respect the serenity of the environment and our staff.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all villas.
- Illegal activities are strictly forbidden on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents.
